There is lots of stretch so keep that in mind with the measurements.

Condition: Excellent, clean and ready to wear 

Measurements: I measure my items flat then double at the waist and hips, measurements below have already been doubled in these areas. Model is 5'4 and has a 27 waist and 36 hips for reference.

hips- 34-39

length- 37 (they have about 1 1/2 of hem tacked up)

inseam- 28 1/2

front rise- 10 1/2
