Their customer service sucks, it's like talking to a brick wall. Not only did they leave me frustrated and angry, they charge me extra for whatever stupid reason they thought was okay to charge me.They took a week to get back to me and the lady handling my booking didn't know what she was doing. So, please, to save you the trouble never book with them even if they supposedly promise a "cheap" all inclusive trip.'
