Recommended Use- With the plastic wrapper unopened, fold the product in half until the inner bubble ruptures. Shake the unopened pack for 10-15 seconds or until the contents are well mixed. Remove pad from the bag. Remove paper strip to reveal adhesive tape. Place the perineal ice pack in underwear with the adhesive strip facing down. Experience cooling relief.
