This exhibit features four illustrated arthroscopic steps to repair a series of left shoulder injuries. The initial exam revealed a subacromial bone spur with impingement, acromioclavicular arthritis, fraying of the anterior glenoid labrum, and a full thickness tear of the supraspinatus. A bursectomy and acromioplasty were performed first. A bone bed is then prepared on the greater trochanter for placement of the suture anchors. The surgery is continued in part two.
