Available every day, the prime menu features fourteen different types of meat, carved tableside and a number of other dishes made to order. Available on Sundays, the Rodizio brunch menu is made up of fifty all-you-can-eat dishes, including meat, omelet, a crepe and waffle station, eggs any style, and eggs benedict. Via Brasil Steakhouse is open Monday from 11:30am to 9:00pm, Tuesday to Wednesday from 11:30am to 10:00pm, Thursday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday from 5:00pm to 10:30pm, Saturday from 3:00pm to 10:30pm, and Sunday from 10:00am to 9:00pm.
