The Lemme founder, who is currently pregnant with baby number four and her first baby with husband Travis Barker, is recovering at home with her kids, according to an insider’s report. A source told PEOPLE today that Kardashian had a brief trip to the hospital and is back home now with her kids. She is mom to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick, and she is stepmom to Barker’s kids Atiana De La Hoya, 24
