Why do Jill's models have boob jiggle physics in Resident Evil 3?

Guys, it's short but I absolutely love Resident Evil 3. Not as much as Resident Evil 2 obviously -- or as I stated, as much as the original Resident Evil 3: Nemesis -- but I still said it was a polished, enjoyable romp.
