ROCKFORD -- As folks in the stateline look to exchange their plates for their wallets for Black Friday, some shoppers say looking for good deals this time of year is becoming less of a bang for their buck.
Shoppers were out in full force at the Cherry Vale Mall taking in the Black Friday deals.
Some smaller and local retailers are adding more product to their stores and using rearranging techniques to draw customers inside.
Before Small Business Saturday, Dixon retailers say shoppers can find everything on their wish lists this holiday season.
